FAQ:
When is the best time to book the session?
Anytime is perfect for creating lasting family portraits. For seasonal outdoor looks or multi-generation sessions, we recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date.
How long does it take to receive the photos?
Within 7 days after your session, you’ll receive an online gallery to select your favourite images. Once you’ve made your selection, the final edited photos will be delivered within 3 weeks. If you make your selection quickly (within 1–2 days), you can expect the finished images within around one month of your session date.
What should we wear for the session?
We recommend coordinated, neutral tones such as beige, white, cream, or soft pastels for a timeless look. Avoid large logos or distracting patterns.
Mamas are welcome to use one of the studio’s flowing dresses, and we also offer a limited selection of children’s outfits. Please contact us in advance so we can prepare the right sizes and styles.
Can we include grandparents or extended family?
Yes — we offer outdoor sessions at the beautiful Katzensee area in Zurich (8046), with grass, trees, and a peaceful lake as your backdrop. Other locations are also possible upon request.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome for outdoor sessions, but unfortunately not permitted inside the studio.
Can we request a specific fine-art backdrop or style?
Yes! Please share your ideas, and we will do our best to create them for you. Custom fine-art backdrops require at least 2 weeks’ notice.
